6. Payments, Refunds & Recognition Items

All entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to disqualification, withdrawal, or dissatisfaction with results.

Optional physical recognition items (e.g., trophies, framed certificates, recognition cards) are available for purchase. These are offered at cost price, strictly to cover production, packaging, and delivery. We do not profit from these.

Premium media features (e.g., spotlight interviews, extended press exposure) may also be available for an additional cost and are optional.

Group or bulk nomination packages may qualify for discounts. Please contact us to inquire.
