Basic Requirements to Become a Judge

Minimum 10 Years of Professional Experience

In a relevant industry such as technology, innovation, business leadership, academia, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, or public service.

Recognized Expertise or Leadership Role

Should be a subject matter expert, senior executive, founder, researcher, or influential contributor in their field.

Proven Record of Achievement

Demonstrated accomplishments such as published work, successful projects, awards, or innovation leadership.

Commitment to Objectivity & Ethics

Must agree to follow our judging guidelines, maintain neutrality, and disclose any conflict of interest.

Fluent in English (or official judging language)

Clear communication is essential for reviewing materials and contributing to panel discussions.

Experience in Evaluation or Mentoring (Preferred)

Prior judging, mentoring, or assessment experience in academic, industry, or startup environments is a plus.

Must be open-minded and fair, able to assess nominees across cultures, sectors, and backgrounds.

Availability During the Evaluation Period

Must be able to commit the required time for reviewing nominations, scoring, and panel discussions.

Comfortable using online platforms and tools for reviewing submissions, attending virtual meetings, and submitting evaluations.
